Reading people through the way they portray themselves in their style and how that transfers into their home is a huge language for me. You can learn so much about a person by what they decide to wear, and even more by stepping into a home. I've said before that I feel like I know a person 10x better after I see where they live. Of course, that's kinda my love language as an interior designer, and not everyone speaks that language or cares too much about a personal style. Nonetheless, there is so much to learn! People are so cool. And it's amazing what you can learn just by paying attention and asking questions.
That said, linen is trending this season, and I'm ALL about it! I love linen in interiors, from pillows to chairs and it definitely speaks to my California coastal boho vibe.
